Rental Criteria

• All adults (18 years or older) must complete an application to rent.  
• All data and references provided on the application must be verifiable with all references having a good history and positive current standing.  

Income and References

• Applicants must provide verifiable proof of lawful sources of gross income, totaling 2.5 times or more the amount of rent.
